Home sales snapshot and analytics
Use the Home sales snapshot for gross/net sales, discounts, tips, delivery fees, taxes, order counts, and the Orders Trend chart.
The Home page gives you a quick sales snapshot when you first sign in: key totals for one location, a simple date filter, and an Orders Trend bar chart.

Visibility — Home sales snapshot. The sales widgets and the Orders Trend chart on Home only appear if the signed-in user has the
see-statisticspermission and the location has at least one of these products: Branded App (WhiteLabel), Microsites, or Catering. Without both, Home still loads but the numbers section and chart are hidden.
Home sales snapshot
Where to find it: Sidebar Home · https://admin.eatsyorders.com/home
What it's for: A fast, at-a-glance read on how one location is doing for a chosen day or period.
At the top of the snapshot you choose the location (location picker, top right) and a date range (only shown when the snapshot is visible). The numbers and the chart refresh automatically when you change either one.
The eight metric cards
Each card shows a title, a value, and a one-line explanation. Money is shown in US dollars.

| Gross Sales (ES: "Ventas Brutas") | Total sales before taxes and discounts, for the selected period. Cancelled orders are excluded. |
| Net Sales (ES: "Ventas Netas") | Sales after taxes and discounts are removed. |
| Discounts (ES: "Descuentos") | Total value of discounts and promotions applied. |
| Tips (ES: "Propinas") | Total tips received from customers. |
| Delivery Fee (ES: "Costo de Envío") | Total delivery fees charged on orders. |
| Sales Tax (ES: "Impuestos") | Total sales tax collected. |
| Delivery (ES: "Domicilio") | Count of delivery orders (not a dollar amount). |
| Pick up (ES: "Recoger") | Count of pickup orders (not a dollar amount). |
Gotcha — cancelled orders. Cancelled orders are skipped from every total, so the snapshot reflects real, kept sales rather than everything that was ever placed.
Choosing the period
The Date Range picker offers four fixed options (you cannot type a custom date range here):

| Last day (ES: "Último día") | Yesterday. |
| Last week (ES: "Última semana") | The last 6 days through today. |
| Last month (ES: "Último mes") | The last month through today. |
The selected option sets the start date; the snapshot always runs through the end of the current day.
Orders Trend chart
What it shows: A bar chart titled Orders Trend (ES: "Tendencia de Pedidos") that counts orders over time for the selected period, with the total order count shown next to the title (e.g. "Total: 42 Orders"). Cancelled and declined orders are not counted.
How the bars are grouped depends on the length of the period you picked:
- 1 day or less → grouped by hour
- up to 7 days → grouped by day
- up to 90 days → grouped by day
- up to a year → grouped by week
- longer → grouped by month
Empty state. If there are no orders in the period, the chart area shows "No data available" (ES: "No hay datos disponibles") instead of bars.
The Home snapshot is a built-in widget (it reads your live orders directly).
Notes and limits
- Export / download. The Home snapshot has no export option.
- One location at a time. The Home snapshot is scoped to the single location you have active in the backoffice. To compare locations, switch the active location and reload.
