Yes. Eatsy reads from your existing Shift4 menu and items; you don't migrate or duplicate anything. Most restaurants are live within a week.
Do I need a specific Shift4 plan or hardware?
Any active Shift4 merchant account works. SkyTab POS gives you the smoothest experience, but legacy Shift4 terminals integrate too.
How fast does a menu change show up?
Syncing is automatic. A price, item, or availability change in Shift4 shows up in Eatsy within minutes, no action needed on your end.
Which Eatsy product does this integration power?
Online Ordering and Branded App. The iPad digital menu doesn't use this integration.
Does the integration handle my orders or payments?
No. It's menu-only: items, prices, modifiers, and availability. Orders and payments are handled directly in Eatsy, not through Shift4.
Is there an extra fee for the integration?
No. The Shift4 integration is included in every Eatsy plan. You pay your standard Shift4 processing fees plus your Eatsy subscription, nothing more.
